Personalised Information Pack

A personalised information pack will be emailed to you with recommendations our highly skilled sales team has put together for you. This will include information on the development, price list, floor and level plans. If you are an investor we will send an investor pack including depreciation schedule, rental appraisals and a Property Investment Analysis report.

Meet with Us

We can meet with you at your home or our office, in and outside of working hours, 7 days a week. We can discuss in more detail the developments of interest and answer any questions you have and find you the perfect property.

Reserve and Purchase

Place a fully refundable reservation deposit, generally $1000-$2000, which will take the property off the market for you. Contracts will be drawn up while you are making your final decision to sign, once signed you pay your 10% deposit and the property is yours!
